The first step in our process is the Business Assessment. Through the business assessment SBCG develops a Business Strategy that helps achieve your business goals.
The Strategic Business Development Assessment analyzes where your business is today, where you want to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5-10 years etc. and provides strategy for how to get there. In addition to developing a strategy SBCG provides solution and implementation services so you can continue to work on your business not in your business. Although we act like a business coach we differ in that we provide practical solutions and services that can be implemented immediately to work towards your goals.
